Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Kaiki Chiba, President and CEO of Kaneba Management Co., Ltd. Kaneba Management Co., Ltd. was established in March 2021 as a company that handles the "housing" (real estate) aspect of the three major elements of life: food, clothing, and shelter. As we enter our third fiscal year in 2023, we intend to increase our capital to 10 million yen and take on further challenges. As part of this, in December 2023, we moved to a larger office than before to make it easier for customers to search for rooms and complete contract procedures. In addition, as globalization progresses in recent years, the number of people coming to Japan from all over the world for various purposes such as work, study abroad, and tourism is increasing, and the demand for room hunting is higher than ever before. In this situation, we have employees who can speak multiple languages ​​and are working to ensure that customers can search for rooms without feeling the language barrier. Thanks to this, we have often heard customers who have used our company say, "I'm glad I left it to Kinba." The "leaf" in our company name, Kinba, is likened to a single leaf boat. Our wish is to guide all customers, regardless of nationality, to a wonderful home and make them smile with this single leaf boat. And we believe that our greatest wish is for various customers to think, "I want to use Kinba again" through their home.
